Terms & Conditions

• All travelers must submit an RSVP to express interest in a trip. An RSVP does not guarantee a spot.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place once invited to book.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise stated.

• Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. ​

 2. Cancellations & Refunds​

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. 

• Deposits are non-refundable. 

• Final payments are refundable up to 31 days prior to departure. 

• Any cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. 

• No refunds will be issued for unused services, early departures, or missed activities.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance can help protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, trip disruptions, or cancellations. Travel With Kacie is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurances.

4. Changes to Itineraries

While we strive to deliver the itinerary as planned, Travel With Kacie reserves the right to make changes due to weather, safety concerns, availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any substitutions will be made with comparable services whenever possible.

5. Responsibility & Liability

Travel With Kacie acts solely as a trip planner and coordinator. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party vendors including airlines, hotels, transportation, providers, guides, or activity operators.

By booking, travelers agree that Travel With Kacie LLC is not liable for:

• Injury, illness, loss, delay, or damage to personal belongings. 

• Acts of nature, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. ​

6. Traveler Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required documentation. 

• Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and health requirements.

• Failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.

​7.  Health & Safety

​By participating, travelers confirm they are physically and mentally able to take part in the trip activities. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed prior to departure.

8. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior disrupts the group or compromises the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Photography & Media

By participating in a trip, travelers grant Travel with Kacie LLC permission to use photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to departure.

10.  Force Majeure

Travel with Kacie is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including nut not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.

12. Acceptance Terms 

By submitting payment and participating in a trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
