Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as transparent as possible about our payment and refund process. Please review our policy carefully before booking.
Booking & Payment Process
Step 1: RSVP (No Payment Required)
Submitting an RSVP reserves interest only and does not require any payment. This step does not guarantee a spot on the trip.
Step 2: Deposit to Secure Your Spot
Once your RSVP is confirmed, you will receive an email requesting a non-refundable deposit to officially secure your place on the trip.

This deposit is non-refundable.

At this stage, payments are made to vendors and planning begins, which is why the deposit cannot be returned. For many trips, this is also the stage that we purchase the permits required for most activities on the trip and they are non-refundable.
Step 3: Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. An email will be sent to request final payment.
Cancellations & Refunds

If you are unable to attend after submitting the non-refundable deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.

The Final Payment may be refunded up to 31 days prior to departure date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable, including the final payment.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected situations such as illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions. While we will always try our best to be accommodating when unforeseen circumstances arise, our refund policy is firm.
This policy allows us to secure the best rates, plan responsibly, and ensure a high-quality experience for all travelers, as each trip depends on group size, timing, and advance commitments.
